The thing that stood out most predominantly, apart from an impressive range of Greek produce, was without doubt their hands-on, real-person, customer service. No robots pretending to have your total satisfaction at the forefront of their thoughts. Just straightforward immediate action in a situation where Storm Goretti would cause delayed delivery (of frozen produce!). Whilst the weather conditions and ramifications thereof couldn't possibly be changed, their prompt contact with the couriers to investigate whilst keeping me informed of any developments certainly deserve full marks. Added to this was also their promise of immediate replacement or reimbursement of any defrosted produce. The recipient of the parcel also remarked how very well the parcel was packed with ice-packs and insulating wrapping.In a nutshell, their "personal touch" can only be applauded. Well done Ms J at Agora HQ! You clearly demonstrated how customer service should be handled professionally and with kindness. I'm impressed.
