I have used this company on a few occasions now and have always had a good experience. Their produce is excellent and their customer service is fantastic. Unfortunately they had a few problems with deliveries in recent weeks but after speaking with them it was the fault of the delivery companies and definitely not the fault of Agora. I have neveer had any problems with their deliveries in the past. They apologised for my items not being delivered successfully and sent me replacement items straight away. Excellent customer service!
