Agora have some very good products but they are let down by the very cheap packaging they use.In the past the very delicious frozen meals came defrosted or theirs plastic containers crushed. Fresh deserts I bought in the past suffered the same fate and had to be replaced. So I stopped buying these products.This time the Tsoureki came flattened and the petit four box squashed because the cheap ,thin carton box they were packed in got squashed itself in transit!They are a present for a friend!I have personally suggested to them in the past that frozen goods should be in a polystyrene box and carton boxes should be a lot more robust.Instead they spend money on tape that says Fragile !!They are loosing sales and having to replace badly damaged items because of their very poor packaging .This is the definition of False economy!!
