It's difficult to rate this company. The delivery time is 5 stars, and the product range (Swiss Perfection cosmetics) is also interesting, but the packaging is 0 stars. An expensive cosmetic was packaged in a paper bag sealed with tape and placed in a plastic FedEx bag. The original box was not surprising, it was damaged and wet, as if the cosmetic had leaked during air transport (I suspect). This isn't the first time I've had to complain about the packaging. It was similar with the toners I bought. It's a shame that I have to expose myself to such risk as a returning customer.
