I went for treatment to blocked ears.. I was dealt with and looked after by Lynn,who was very efficient in clearing my ears over two sessions..she was gentle and informative ,all in providing a great service,advising me I had an infection as well as wax,and telling me to put a few drops of olive oil in every few days to keep my ears lubricated.
I tried to log in after receiving an email to download the new app, but I couldn't access my account. After attempting to reset my password, I received no response. I've never had issues picking up my prescriptions at the local branch before this app update – very frustrating. The app definitely needs improvements!
