We used AGS (France) to move from Normandy in France to Melbourne in Australia. We have made 7 international moves in the last 20 years and this was by far the worst. Entire boxes and pieces of furniture never arrived in Australia. Irreplaceable items smashed, our very valuable Danish furniture was dismantled and should never have been. It’s questionable if we will ever be able to reassemble it. The packers assumed we did not speak French and were speaking rudely about us the whole time. At the Australian end, the delivery guys simply dumped the remaining boxes and ran for it, even though we paid extra for an unpacking services. This is a company that should be avoided at any cost.AGS did get in touch with us about this very poor review. They were unwilling or unable to do anything helpful and largely ignored the most damming parts of the review. They remain our worst experience by far of a moving company. We stand by our opinion to avoid them at any cost
