PREQUEL: Moving from Belgium to French Guyana was done by a competitor providing a better quote.QUOTING (24/04/2018): Quote very slow (more than 2 weeks) but commercial representative very insisting until payment. Afterwards, communication became slower and a bit loose until no more answer (See LOSS OF CONTACT).PACKING (05/07/2018): A few days before packing, I got a call: "We are missing some documents and lost other administrative paperwork, can you send it again please?". Punctuality? 5h delay for the appointment. Expected between 10 and 11AM for a departure at 3PM, arrived at 4PM and departed at 8PM! Argument with mover chief while packing.Several jokes by the movers "you have quite useful things, pay attention to theft while moving! Thieves are everywhere nowadays".LOSS OF CONTACT: No more answer from AGS French Guyana after 5th of August. No administrative paperwork provided by this agency to other AGS agencies (France and Belgium). I had to provide documents for a second (or third for some) time for custom clearances in Belgium.After several investigative phone calls, it seems my belongings spent about a month at Paris agency without any contact from them. What is the usefulness of the barcode on your stickers ? What about this tracking system "full of emptiness"?DELIVERY (18/10/2018): Finally delivered!Currently checking everything, already discovered some rotten pieces of clothes as well as damaged (rusted) hardware.Next actions: I am really impatient to hear from "Mr Good Move" after completing quality survey this morning. I'll ask for a commercial gesture for the punctuality, investigations and administrative paperwork I had to do for them!Next moving for continental Europe (this time!) is already planning for 2020-2021, I will not request a quote from AGS if they don't provide acceptable answer for this experience.My advice: For the cost, the stress and a "no worry international move", stay away!Final note: This statement will obviously be updated with the progress of discussions with AGS.
