I ordered two pairs of pants, but the sizing was way off. What was labeled as a 33 inch felt more like 35-36 inches, making them excessively large. The return process was quite bothersome, and they don't cover return shipping costs, which puts the burden on the customer. The quality of the pants was excellent, but the blue chinos looked nothing like the online picture. Overall, I think I'll skip ordering from them next time due to the hassle.
