(You can pay these fees in any local currencies using any local bank of your choice, any local bank agents or other means) If you want to confirm, apply and pay $50, you will realize that After payment they will not contact you again. If anonymous hope fund is legitimate it would have listed all the organizations it has funded on their website and we would also be able to trace those organizations to their locations and inquire from them.
