When I contacted support, they offered no real explanation, just linking to their privacy policy. If heavy usage isn't permitted, why offer such an expensive plan? Their approach of blocking access without proper communication is unprofessional. Overall, the service feels arrogant and untrustworthy for those who rely on it heavily.
