Scheduled and paid $100 for AC repair service around the holidays. Told by owner of repair company and AHS customer service it was okay to wait until after the holidays since there was $2250 that AHS doesn't cover. Just call back they said.
Fast-forward to March and I call....AHS said they'll schedule a recall.
Repair is complete and I get an email saying I owe another $100 service call fee.
Contact AHS and repeatedly ask for a supervisor....never get one but tell all this to 3 different people who all say a new order was created therefore I owe. NO ONE TOLD ME ABOUT A NEW ORDER NOR WAS IT NECESSARY. Just like their repair company padding their invoice with $300 in copper pipe when 50+ feet of the stuff doesn't cost $300.
Rip-off all over the place!!
