They tell you their tool is 97% accurate but similar to the previous review I uploaded a red bloody area on my 4 year olds belly button and it came back it was a mole and then another 2 photos it said 90%!she had skin cancer. We ended up taking her to a live doctor. All three results completely off and definitely not 97% accrue. Save your money. When you go to customer service they’re not going to refund you for their poor quality service (I’ve tried) and do not have integrity in their service they provide. You can upload photos often if you can’t get into your doctor which is probably much better.
