I appreciate that it focuses on monitoring and not diagnosing. It feels like a smart way to keep an eye on skin changes. the PDF report looked professional and was easy to download. Nice to have everything in one place. Good balance between tech and simplicity.
I broke out with a vicious rash and as it was the weekend I hoped AI deermatologist would be able to help figure out what it was. I paid the $4.99 for the bogus diagnosis (instead of picking up on the numerous blisters all over the picture I took, it focused on a tiny nevus and that's what it "diagnosed.") Then I suddenly got charged $17.99 in addition to the $4.99. No explanation. I contacted customer support and they claim that I ordered an additional product, which I did not, and that I authorized the transaction, which I did not. What can I say: they make false promises, steal from you, then call you a liar when you call them out. Stay away.

AGAIN I NEVER AGREED TO PAY ANY FEE OF 17, 99. I CLEARLY WROTE TO YOUR SUPPORT FOR A REFUND AND HAVE ALSO CONTESTED THE FEE WITH MY BANK.
This is a scam! I agreed to pay $4.99 to have one image analyzed. I was then immediately charged an additional $17.99 without authorization. Customer service refused to provide a refund, stating that they provided a PDF even though I did not request PDF. Also, the technology just isn’t accurate - it can’t tell the difference between ringworm and a pimple.
Ira a huge scam. They incorporate hidden charges so you click to pay for the 4.99 charge to get your result and then there’s another charge hidden behind it for 17.99. A huge scam and their support team are really really rude. I’m contesting it through my bank.

Warning !! - The app analysis is very poor.This verges on being a scam As a test I submitted the same photo of skin to Ai-Dermstologist , ChatGPT, Gemeni, Claude and compared results.Ai-Dermatologist provided the least information , was not able to suggest what the skin issue could be and charge $4.95 for its insights vs much more in-depth analysis and suggestions backed by factual research with references from notable medical sources on the Free foundation models when asked to think / research as a Dermatologist —. DON’T waste your $ on this poor excuse for dermatological information
