I signed up for what was clearly advertised as a $49.99 service. Instead, my account was hit with a $246.99 charge I never authorized. When I contacted support, I was given vague explanations with no clear resolution. I have not accessed the services, yet they’ve refused to provide a prompt refund.This is unacceptable business practice. I am now disputing the charge with my bank and will escalate further if needed. He starts a new email chain with every email we send so all communication is not in one chain.
