This company is a nightmare when you want to withdraw your money. They don’t respond to emails or chat requests. Your withdrawal request either sits there or gets canceled. They are the worst people I have dealt with. They are based in a country not covered by regulatory authorities.
Lorena is the contact, she is absolutely charming, daily contact by whatsapp, lots of information, fast, available, but when you want to get your money back the party starts, not only they start telling you that they cannot pay you unless you have a cryptocurrency, which they do not indicate as a condition, but when you give a cryptocurrency account they send you a document from blockchain telling you that you have to pay 15% of your own money if you want to get it back.I have filed a complaint with the police and have warned blockchain that they are using their name to scam you.They are not registered with CNMV either, it is a real scam, I have lost 3.000€.
Scammers. You just rob people of an initial deposit, then try to ask for more and then make no contact. The good comments here are fake too. When you send documents of you being legal, they are fake too as I checked. Hope this will open the eyes of others. How can you live knowing that you are taking the livelihood of people with families! You don't care they have kids!
