I would rate them with zero stars if possible. The property manager was consistently unavailable. We never received a key for the garage door, and the front door lock was malfunctioning. My maintenance requests were ignored, and I faced a hefty electric bill due to a poorly placed thermostat. They kept my full security deposit unjustly, and my neighbors have shared similar experiences. They prioritize money over tenant care and even attempted to intimidate me with eviction threats. This is unacceptable!
I provided a 60-day notice to terminate my lease as required. The property manager acknowledged my request, but since then, I have received no communication. Now, two days before my termination date, I see an invoice for next month's rent. The automated lock has been non-functional for over a week, leaving the home insecure. I have always been a responsible tenant, and this treatment is utterly unprofessional.
