If I could give -10 stars I would!Terrible customer services. I checked the reviews before using this company and they appear to be positive however, after a week and I had not received my order and 3 emails later with still no response, despite choosing next working day delivery, I set out on cyber stalking mode and found a Facebook page, preview on google, showing negative reviews. When I went on their Facebook page the reviews were nowhere to be seen. Strange considering I clicked on the link which shown negative reviews. I ordered a bath screen which never arrived and after finally getting through to there customer services team I was told on my third point of contact that my item had been smashed. Considering the majority of the items are glass, ie shower screens, it is surprising to find that the warehouse are unable to ensure the product remains intact. Not only that they are unable to inform the customer of this. The customer service is terrible I was promised a call back I didn’t receive. I am a reasonable person who would’ve had a different outlook if I had been informed in the correct timescale that my product would not arrive. The customer service I received was none existent. It is not the customers job to chase a company regarding a product.
