I have bought twice myself and referred 2 people. We all got our tokens and referral bonuses in time and %. We have all recieved updates promptly and response from support. Not necessarily immediately but either in the form of the solution requested or with a reply by email. My only concern is that neither me nor my referrals have been approved for the visa card after submitting our kyc docs. I have been a subscriber since Sep 2024 and have followed the process. I have not been lied to so far and have not been denied what I paid for. The site has been improving and been updated to reflect the concerns of the reports I have come across in different sites and forums. Personally, I mostly see concerns from impatient buyers but, I understand the lengthy process from having wanted to start a gold-backed token once, with a different company. When I get my visa card I will give it 5 stars.
