The staff team were friendly and super understanding of my needs. The report and meeting were both incredibly thorough and put a lot of stuff into words that I wasn't able to explain by myself. They gave me advice on how to deal with some of my struggles and talked through what might work for me as solutions. Several pieces of equipment and softwares were recommended and demonstrated.Would highly recommend them - they are kind, sensitive and understanding of people's needs and incredibly thorough with their reporting.
