I have used more than 200 SAAS softwares and Aimfox is the most frustrating, the most annoying and the customer support they provide is the most delusional. Few examples:1) Aimfox sold "Agency" tier license on Rocket hub, but the word "Agency" they used is pure bluff. It was not an Agency tier in any way, more like one use, disposable multiple account tier. Total lie from Aimfox and shows that they are OK to lie to customers.2) they over overcomplicate things more than needed in their software, unlike anybody else I have ever seen. You buy a feature and enter a code and then customer support contacts you and sends you even more codes to unlock all the features. Why not to do that on their part and why waste my time instead? Total absurd.3) their customer support assistant "Xenia" seemingly the most delusional customer assistant I have ever had displeasure to deal with. Totally abnormal logic, zero common sense, answering my questions completely out of tune. Felt like I was dealing with a being from different dimensions who had no understanding of how things are done on this planet.4) the bugs, even as of July 2024, are buying ridiculous. Like when trying to set up workspace it does not open webpage at all and instead just shows some code error garbage. That's not acceptable mistakes from their side. Totally useless team of programmers.
