I told them clearly they should work on their systems to allow changes or cancellations, but instead, they defended themselves saying “the best companies” don’t offer those options — which is simply not true.I also explicitly asked them not to contact me again, but they ignored that and replied anyway with a long, passive-aggressive PR message — polite on the surface, but clearly crafted to justify every failure without taking real responsibility. It honestly felt like they just wanted to look good publicly and have the last word.And here’s what they don’t mention:I had ordered a matching set — a top and pants in the same rare color. Only the top was delivered. When I complained, I made it clear I didn’t want to keep the top without the pants, because I had bought it specifically as a set.They eventually agreed not to charge me for the top.So no, it’s not true that orders “can’t be modified” once confirmed.They can — but only when it benefits the brand, not the customer.I genuinely love their products, but the people behind the customer service feel completely unprofessional — and that ruins the experience.
