I reached out via social media, where they were initially responsive, but now it feels like I'm receiving the same generic messages repeatedly, sometimes in different languages. It's unfortunate, as I used to order shoes regularly when they operated under a different name, but since the change, it has become a nightmare. I strongly advise against making any purchases. I will also be sending formal notices to attempt to recover my money.
