I purchased two pairs of shoes at the end of November. As of early January, I still haven't received them and have received no response from their customer support despite multiple emails. I've been a long-time customer of the previous brand and didn't think much about the transition to the new name. This has been a first-time experience for me, and it feels like either a scam or an extremely unreliable operation.
