The chain clasp was broken. I was willing to just exchange it another one but the customer service return process was so dismal I decided to request a refund. The refund process includes delays, bad links, and you have to send multiple photos. I would not buy directly from this company --see if you can find the product (if you must) on a website that will work with if you have issues --Amazon for example. The final insult is the amount of Spam after you place your order. It is non stop.
