I liked the sandals very much - good style and good quality leather, but sadly I found the arch support uncomfortable and had to return them.When I went through the online return procedure to get a QR code I had to complete a box-ticking excercise about the reason for the return with no opportunity to say the real reason for the return ( so you now know that the sandals were not too wide!).
