The item hadn't arrived when expected, and when I contacted this company by telephone, they got straight on it and dispatched the item immediately with one of their staff members going to the post office and sending it Royal Mail Special Delivery to arrive the next day (on a Saturday) at a cost of £9.00 which they paid for even though I offered. I was impressed.
