With deployed airbags, seatbelt pretensioners and crash data in the modules needing resetting my car was effectively sunk! Airbag Team quoted me a fixed price to replace the dashboard, steering wheel & repair the seatbelts and all of the ancillary bits for the price of a major service in my Mercedes, so all I can say is I am delighted! The waiting area is nicely fitted out although I don't recall a coffee machine which would have been a nice touch. If I was forced to look for negatives in the service I would not be able to find any because I never judge people so I would not dream of mentioning that 'Dishevelled' Dan wasn't the most attractive service agent in the world but I am guessing his partner might have recently left and so he goes out of the house looking anyhow ;)
