I contacted the platform with a general inquiry about an email address for property information. Despite providing my account details, I was told I couldn't speak to staff since it was my daughter's account. I was seeking general information to assist a friend, but my request was denied because it wasn't for myself. Some staff members seem ill-equipped to handle basic inquiries. Very dissatisfied.
