I accidentally booked a property with Caterina House (Spain) via Airbnb and cancelled within less than one minute. No service was provided, no check-in occurred, and the host suffered no actual loss.Despite EU consumer protection law (Directive 2011/83/EU) and my polite requests, the host refused a full refund.
