I booked an apartment in Oslo -Norway. When I got to the apartment, I noticed that the apartment I got was not the same as the pictures on Airbnb. And there was pee stains on the walls and carpet, the doors were broken and there were bedbugs. I noticed Airbnb support, and was not taken seriously. The case took 1,5 week before I got any kind of help, and they refunded me for the few days I had left. Furthermore it took about two weeks before I could get in contact with anyone from their legal team, which still wasn’t a big help.Can’t recommend Airbnb. The staff doesn’t care about its residents, and seeks to protect the hosts over the guest.
