My recent week-long stay at the "Zen Apartments: Luxury Attic with Seaview" was highly unsatisfactory.I strongly advise against booking this property or using Airbnb for future accommodations, particularly in the Genoa area. It has become evident that the seven five-star reviews for Zen Apartments are likely fabricated or from individuals associated with the property owner.Following our stay, we filed a dispute with the host, who demonstrated a lack of professionalism and basic business understanding. Unfortunately, Airbnb's dispute resolution process mirrored the issues encountered with Zen Apartments, leaving us without a satisfactory resolution.
