I tried to book a room in cape town, paid for it. 5 minutes later, i was informed that I my booking was cancelled. Delay in refund: 5 to 15 days. How on earth is it legal? They offered a credit and we booked another room. Same scenario. After wasting 5 hours with their support team, they couldn't find any solution (i suggested to refund me my direct instant transfer and they replied with the usual "unfortunately, we don't do that"). Bottom line: my money is blocked, i have nowhere to stay and they don't care. Please avoid these clowns!
