I'm absolutely appalled that their customer service team is failing to change the card for my 'free cancellation' refund. The card I used for payment is now defunct - I want the refund to go to the default card on my Airbnb account. I spent 15 minutes on the phone just now being told the same thing again and again - no one 'able' to complete this simple and reasonable task which people must ask for daily. I will avoid using Airbnb in future.
