For days, I have been explaining that I have evidence proving the review is unfair and that a support agent has already acknowledged this. However, the review still has not been removed.According to the new policy, only a team called the "Special Team" can handle such cases. However, there is no direct way to contact them. They only provide a form link, and despite submitting it multiple times and informing them about it, I keep receiving the same generic response. It seems like everyone is repeating the same scripted replies, and it is impossible to find someone who genuinely takes responsibility for the issue. If you are treated unfairly, you are simply left to deal with it, with no real solution in sight.
