Please do not purchase bookings from Rachael from St David's Pembrokeshire or Michelle from Cardigan. False advertising a number of properties under the same names. Airbnb poor to follow up and take action. Money is taken and hosts are breaching policy by requesting customers to cancel on their behalf, this way it is unlikely the customer gets a refund allowing the host to have the proceeds. This is an offence under the fraud act as the host and Airbnb are gaining.
