Instead of providing assistance, the representative simply read information from my screen without offering any new insights or helpful guidance. She was unable to explain why my experience listing was no longer accessible, and when I asked to speak with a manager, she declined to escalate the issue. I ended the conversation feeling ignored and disrespected. The manner in which I was treated made me feel unfairly targeted, leading to significant disappointment. I have always appreciated the company’s professionalism, so it was disheartening to feel that I was not afforded the respect or care I expected. I respectfully request that this incident be examined and that I receive clarification regarding my experience listing, along with an explanation for how the call was managed.
