If I could give zero stars, I would. The accommodation was unsafe, with black mold, blood on the curtains, and an overall dirty smell. There were both dead and live cockroaches present. After requesting a refund and leaving an honest review, the host retaliated, claiming we caused damage and demanding payment for extra cleaning that was unnecessary. We left the place clean. The service also failed to post our review, claiming it violated their policy, which is baffling given that we only stated the unsanitary conditions. Additionally, the co-host pressured me to change my negative review to a positive one. Now, the host and the service want us to pay despite the evidence we provided. I strongly advise against using this service; it feels like a scam that doesn't meet the standards they advertise. Staying in a hotel is a safer option than this experience.
