Once payment is made, it feels impossible to recover funds, and they even impose cleaning fees for cancellations. Hosts can easily deceive and vanish without any assistance from customer service. I will avoid this platform in the future and advise others to do the same. It's better to book with traditional hotels that typically offer clearer policies to protect their guests.
