This is a scam operation! Monica comes across very helpful in the beginning and asks for a good review at that time. I thought I had a great deal… then two weeks before my flight, they claimed the airline overbooked and I couldn’t use business class even after I paid for it. They offer No refund! The flight was not overbooked. This happened to me and two friends so I realized it is a pattern. They are rude and then do not respond to further inquiries.
