I initially had some issues that weren't the fault of the team at all but lie with the delivery company side! Alex and the team however were super helpful and kept me updated with everything as well as shipping out a replacement unit and getting it to me as soon as possible. Throughout the process Alex was quick to reply and always polite. Not the teams fault Yodel are pants!
