My flight with TAP Air was cancelled. I placed a claim with Airclaim before TAP had offered me a refound. Asked Airclaim what I should do and they told me to continue with them. They have lost the claim and now I am not elegible for any refounds. When I ask them for an explanation they send a generic email saying that they cancell their contract with me and that I am on my own now!Very disappointed!!!Response 26-05. threatening your clients to place legal actions through an email for placing a review only confirms your level of profesionality and you codes of working.
