Very poor management;I've had a claim for over nine months, and not only has Airclaim failed to provide any information (I should remember it's pending and ask for information), but their response is simply that they're "still working" or that some document is missing.I don't recommend this company at all, and I'll definitely file my next claim with a more reliable and customer-friendly company.
