The customer service is exceptional. I ordered from the USA for a delivery in Poland. When I placed the order I put the wrong delivery address so immediately sent an email to cancel the order and I would reorder. Anna immediately emailed back that wasn't necessary she would make the change. Then I discovered that they had a plane the model my son works on so I emailed again to cancel the order and I would make a new one for the correct model. Again, no worries they would handle it. They notified me when it was in production and then when it would be shipped. It arrived 3 days earlier than I expected and our son was thrilled with the quality and that is was the correct model. It's challenging to find a gift for a son who lives 15000 miles away that would be really meaningful to him and they managed to give us that. Thank you for being so easy to work with, cooperative with so many changes and very communicative during the whole process. I look forward to working with you again.
