Excellent product, answered emails courteously, however not proactive in sending information. The biggest issue was the delivery delay. It was promised 10-30 business days but took 3 months to arrive. They said it was because of the busy Christmas period, which may well be true, but they should at least then send you info to advise of delays, not have the customer have to keep asking.
