The product is fine and as advertised. The communications and delivery timing are terrible. I ordered one 12/7. When it didn't arrive by late January, I looked everywhere for my order confirmation and couldn't find it. Also, had not been charged, so assumed the order hadn't gone through and ordered another. The 1st order was delivered at end of February. I then received the second in mid-March. Now I am stuck with 2 when I only needed one.
