Unfortunately i think 3 stars is a fair score. Whilst the finished product is fabulous and i love it, the many many months of waiting is so very frustrating. I wanted a custom design of a Spitfire so i sent photos and the design took months to produce and the another month to make after modifications to the design. The first Fedex delivery was bent and not accepted. Another was produced and sent and arrived safely the second time. Delivery time was about 8 working days and i believe that the packaging for careless couriers was definitely inferior. The business needs to improve communications as i was constantly having to chase them and packaging need improving, thin card board is not courier proof for a delicate 55 inch object. Having said that, the silhouette is stunning and well worth the money, long wait and delivery hassle. Thank you.
