This company is untrustworthy. I bought a roundtrip ticket and received an immediate call stating that my tickets were not guaranteed and that I would need to arrive 6 hours early to be on a wait-list. The representative upsold me to pay extra for guaranteed tickets. When I arrived at the airport, I was informed that the airline flagged my ticket as fraud and refunded it because the card used didn’t match my name. I had to purchase a very expensive one-way ticket on the spot. I sought assistance from the company at the airport, but received no help. I have my return flight tomorrow, and I am anxious about the situation.
