My experience with this rental service has been dreadful. The car was delivered much later than promised, without any explanation. I am still waiting for a refund, and I was wrongfully charged a significant amount. When I questioned this, I received photos of a different vehicle, allegedly showing damage I did not cause. I have proof that I returned the car without any issues. This company seems to be attempting to defraud customers. I strongly recommend taking legal action if you find yourself in a similar situation.
