I always get great customer service but their ordering system is not up to par. I live in an unincorporated area in the state of CO. AGD's invoicing system mandates that they charge me 8.2% sales tax (State + City + RTD). My sales tax liability is only 4.2%. They over charge me 4% on every order unless I call and have an adjustment made. Not convenient! All other online retailers can figure this out but AGD can't. Frustrating for sure!Update 2-27-24 AGD called me and expressed gratitude for pointing out the flaw in their sales tax system. They now have their IT team working on a solution to enable them to charge the correct sales tax based on delivery address. They also refunded me ALL of the extra sales tax that was collected on my previous purchases. As I have said in prior reviews, AGD provides fantastic customer service! With this software correction, I would now rate them as a 5 star company again!!! Great job AGD.
