I received the Gammo Swarm Maxxim 10x gen2 from UPS this afternoon. I happily opened the box, looking forward to shooting my gun this weekend, it's Friday evening. Everything looked great until I opened the inner box and noticed that the clear plastic bag that the gun was packed in was torn open. I then took a good look at the gun and noticed that the ammo clip was missing from the top of the gun. I looked everywhere in the box. I looked through the instructions and noticed that there is a compartment that holds a spare clip under the stock. I looked there hopefully, sadly it was empty. I then called airgun depot and found out they had closed for the weekend. I went on the website and used the chat. I was told to call the company on Monday. Hopefully the company treats me right on Monday and saves me as a future customer.
